How do I pay?

We accept GCash and cards through PayMongo. We do not offer cash on delivery. Orders stay unpaid until payment is confirmed.

Can I review a product?

Only after a paid order on a logged-in account for that exact item. Guest checkout cannot leave a review. We do not publish marketing testimonials as customer reviews.

When is same-day delivery available?

Metro Manila, in-stock items, ordered before the daily cutoff posted at checkout.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

J&T Express, AP Cargo, and GOGO Xpress.

How long does provincial delivery take?

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days. See Return Policy for exceptions on blades, bits, and opened electrical goods.

What is the warranty period?

Standard warranty duration is 3 years for power tools, depending on the manufacturer.
